"This afternoon 2 of your fitters completed a door and window job at my address. I would like to compliment them on their skill, attitude towards their work, thoughtfulness and tidiness. They completed the task with minimum of fuss and delay and the work was to a very high standard. I cannot praise or thank them enough for a job well done. They are two excellent ambassadors for your company and a wise man would look after them. There are not many like them about and after managing in the industry I have seen a few."

“I am writing to thank you for the exceptionally good after-sales care demonstrated by the way in which you and the company have resolved the problem with my bi-fold door. After your visit to replace the locking handle your identification of the cause of the problem allowed me to carry out the remedial action of drilling the tile below the locking bar: Only a very shallow depth of drilling was required. The result is that the door central locking is now working very smoothly, in fact better than it ever has done and I am sure that, as a result, there will be no repeat of the issue with the handle breaking. I am impressed that there was no charge for your visit and that the work was done by way of warranty, even though the door was installed 3 years ago.”

“On behalf of the committee, I want to congratulate you on a job very well done - it looks marvellous! I also enjoyed working with Dean and Mark who were thoroughly professional and clean in their work. It's nice to find people who do not leave us with a mess to clean up. Well done to all.”

“I was sent photos of the new installation whilst in Guernsey and they looked good, but the real thing was even better! I am so very grateful to you for fitting my job into what was, probably, an already busy work schedule. Huge thanks to the two fitters who made a fairly hefty detour to measure up & the other team for coming to fit and complete the job. The new dining area will be up and running for family time here over Christmas thanks to your help. Thank you all so much.”
